AIMMS 4: model sources, version control and aimmspack files

Comment

  • Hi Marcel,

Thanks for the discussion. Does the AIMMS 4 approach support partial encryption of projects? This is a critical issue when sharing models with other folks that are entitled to make changes in some areas of a model but not all and, more importantly, are not allowed access to some areas of a model. In current AIMMS 3, it is possible to encrypt selected sections and libraries, leaving other sections and libraries unencrypted to allow changes by folks that should not have access to all source, but I have not seen that comparable capabilities exist in AIMMS 4.

    Regards,
    Russ
